The cryo boxes 5 ml (freezer boxes) are an ideal and versatile solution for easy handling of centrifuge tubes. The boxes can be used for many different purposes and throughout the workflow. In addition to being used for sample organisation, transport box and work rack, they can also be moved from a workstation directly to a -90°C cold freezer. Due to the flexible yet robust polypropylene, these freezer boxes are extremely durable and have a long lifespan.
The cryoboxes have a transparent lid with numerical grid and coloured or transparent bottom. The bottom is stocked in different colours, making it easy to identify the different samples at all times. The boxes are made of high-quality polypropylene (PP) and can withstand temperatures as low as -90°C and up to +121°C, making them autoclavable.
The boxes have 25 holes and are divided into 5 x 5 holes for 5 ml centrifuge tubes with a diameter up to 16.6 mm.
