The pipette has a patented one-dial system that gives full control over all six operating programmes, thus eliminating strain injuries. The six programmes are pipetting, dispensing, reverse pipetting, mixing, auto-calibration and speed control. The easy self-calibration management system, ESM-System (easy self-calibration management system), allows user calibration of the pipette. The user can calibrate the pipette for solutions with different viscosities, the system also checks all functions and indicates any errors.
