Labcon ZAP Slik sterile filter tip with low retension are universal sterile pipette tips of the highest quality. The pipette tips are with filter to ensure against cross-contamination in all liquid handling applications. ZAP Slik tips are low retention, making them ideal for viscous fluids, as the optimized inner surface increases the emptying of the sample material so that even the smallest droplet comes out. As a result, Labcon filter tips will significantly reduce the waste of expensive reagents. The tips are tested to have 10 times less liquid retention than other standard tips.
All ZAP™ pipette tip racks are packaged in the Labcon trademarked Teal or Purple rack. These racks are made of polypropylene and can be autoclaved repeatedly. They have robust locking hinges that will not fall apart, as is often seen with lower grades, and they have a specially designed snap lock so it will not tear a hole in your gloves.

ZAP Slik tips are developed in Labcon’s own internal laboratory and tested in external professional laboratories, where the tips are tested for use in most common tasks.
All sterile products from Labcon are packed in medical packaging and are radiation sterilized according to a validated ISO 11137 method to a sterility assurance level of 10-6. Validated ISO 11137 sterilization makes the pipette tips ideal for use in research and medical laboratories.
