The pipette stand and pipette cleaner in one has space for six single-channel pipettes. The stand is a rotating carousel, providing quick and easy access to pipettes in all six positions. It is very quick and simple to use – and requires no extra work.
The new nUVaClean cleaner works using a germicidal UV-C lamp. A highly efficient reflector completely bathes the pipette tips in 254 nm UV light, ensuring 360° exposure. This exposure destroys unwanted microbiological contaminants and prevents cross-contamination during PCR and other sensitive procedures.
How to clean and disinfect the pipettes
Cleaning and disinfecting the pipettes is very simple. Simply place them in one of the six slots in the stand, then press the start button to begin the automatic cleaning cycle. After 28 minutes, the pipette cleaner switches off automatically, and up to six pipettes are clean and ready for use.
